For Final Approval / 7 Days before closing: Contract and any amendments (unless it is a Refi) Company docs ( if you are putting in a company name)or EXACT name or names you want on loan docs Title work Title company contact info Mailing address you want on the loan docs Insurance proof (premium HAS to be collected on the HUD) - (funding condition) Copy of DL for each Borrower ACH Form filled out and returned (funding condition) ITEMS NEEDED AT CLOSING NSURANCE: At least 6 months of insurance on the home for at least our loan amount. The premium MUST be collected on the HUD. FUNDING: We do not wire funds for closing until we have a fully executed closing package. For same day funding, the closing pkg must be in our email by 12pm. AFTER CLOSING: MONTHLY PAYMENTS: We require Monthly payments to be made by ACH/ Autodraft from your checking acct. You may pay by credit card, but you will be required to make payment 5 days prior to the 1st of each month and cover the service fee from the credit card company.
